SHIPPING POLICY

On occasions Sense Aroma offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers can receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Sense Aroma mailing list. Sense Aroma will ship to the UK & Ireland, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

£10.00 flat fee for domestic, UK & NI (Free Shipping on all orders above £300)

£12.00 flat fee for all international countries we ship to (Free shipping on all orders above £1250)

Orders can be tracked at: https://www.parcelforce.com. You will be sent a tracking reference when we despatch your consignment. 

The processing time for orders is same day for all orders placed before 2pm. All order are sent on a next business day delivery service. We don not offer a weekend delivery service. International orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.  Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Parcelforce to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

Packages undeliverable by Parcelforce and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unwanted Products

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store, online or over the phone.

Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online or over the phone, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

Faulty Products

As with store purchases, we're always here for you if an online purchase develops a fault. However, before you return a product, please check that there definitely is a fault.
